Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of the LazyPitch browser extension, website and services ("LazyPitch", "we", "us"). By installing or using LazyPitch you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use LazyPitch.

1. What LazyPitch does

LazyPitch reads LinkedIn profiles you open in your browser, scores how well they fit your offer, and writes cold emails, DM openers and replies. It can send emails through your Resend account, sync leads to your CRM and call webhooks you set up.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login and API keys safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Plans and payment

• Free costs nothing. You bring your own AI key and pay your AI and email providers directly for your usage.
• Pro costs $20 per month and Scale costs $50 per month, billed monthly in advance, until you cancel. Each plan includes the usage limits shown on our pricing page.
• You can cancel anytime. Access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period.

4. Your responsibilities

You decide who you contact and what gets sent. In particular, you agree to:

• Follow the terms of LinkedIn, Resend, your CRM and any other service you connect.
• Follow anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your outreach, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR. This includes giving recipients a way to opt out and honouring it.
• Not use LazyPitch to send spam, harass anyone, or send misleading or unlawful content.
• Not reverse engineer, resell or overload the service.

Emails sent with auto-send go out from your own Resend account and domain. You are the sender.

5. Your content

Your context pack, prompts, pitches, replies and webhook settings belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to run LazyPitch for you. On Pro, this includes learning from your pitches, edits and replies to improve your future pitches. We don't sell your content.

6. AI output

Pitches, fit scores and replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. Review what matters before relying on it. We don't guarantee replies, meetings or sales.

7. Third-party services

LazyPitch connects to services we don't control, such as LinkedIn, AI providers, Resend, CRMs and your webhook endpoints. Their terms govern your use of them. We aren't responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk. You can stop using LazyPitch and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

LazyPitch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use LazyPitch after that means you accept the new terms.
