Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LazyPitch collects, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what we need to write and send your pitches, we don't sell data, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and billing status. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your context pack and settings: what you sell, who it's for, your tone, your prompts and your webhook settings.
- Profile data: when you open a LinkedIn profile and use LazyPitch, the extension reads the public details on that page, such as name, headline, company, role and recent activity, to generate the pitch.
- Generated content: fit scores, pitches, replies and your edits to them. On Pro, this history is what LazyPitch learns from.
- Keys and connections: API keys you add (your AI provider, Resend) and CRM connection tokens. These are stored encrypted and used only to make the calls you set up.
- Basic usage data: things like feature usage and error logs, so we can fix bugs and keep the service running.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or the data of the people you pitch.
- We don't read pages other than the LinkedIn profiles you use LazyPitch on.
- We don't use your content to train models for other customers.
How we use it
- To generate fit scores, pitches and replies.
- To send emails through your Resend account when auto-send is on.
- To sync leads to your CRM and call the webhooks you set up.
- On Pro, to learn from your past pitches, edits and replies so future pitches improve.
- To bill you, support you and tell you about important changes.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run LazyPitch:
- The AI provider that generates your pitches. On bring your own keys, that's your own provider account.
- Resend, to send your emails.
- Your CRM and your webhook endpoints, which you choose.
- Our hosting and payment providers.
We may also share data if the law requires it.
People you pitch
If you were pitched by a LazyPitch user and want your data removed from our systems, email us. The sender is responsible for their own outreach and their own records, including those in their CRM.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Depending on where you live, for example under GDPR or CCPA, you may have more rights, including the right to object to processing or to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
Security
We encrypt data in transit and API keys at rest, and limit who can access production systems. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you.
Changes
If we make a significant change to this policy, we'll email you before it takes effect.
